Hello stefanhager, Thank you for your reply. Yes, this issue is on Panorama. Of couse, the CLI Role is set to 'superuser'. Device or Vsys admin are able to enter their webUI, but they are not able to enter their CLI on Panroama. And for example, we have no way of getting a debug of PA-device on Panorama. - the only way to enter the PA-device directly. Thank you, Tomoyuki Komure

Thanks mike, for a short moment I thought I was way behind the current version, until I found out that BMC made a direct step from 5.4 to 8.1 concerning BBNA... or so it seems. I'll try the new version in a VM, and after the update I'll check out the adapter. Thanks for your help.
