Unfortunately, our installations of Traps client version 3.4 are NOT recognized by Windows 10. Windows continues using Defender. And, if we disable Defender, Windows Security Center sends alarms. Do we need a newer version of Traps? Thanks in advance!

Hi, One of our customers implemented Traps on its Windows clients. Now he wants from us to completely remove conventional antivirus from clients, and even disable Windows Defender. Is it okay from security perspective? Does PaloAlto give any recommendations regarding conventional antivirus products? Thanks in advance,
