Thanks for the responses. I ran the command and this is the result for the traffic logs: traffic: 28.00%, 1.260 GB Expiration-period: 0 days traffic: Logs and Indexes: 1.3G Current Retention: 1 days So by looking at that, I can see that the quota for traffic is 1.260GB and the disk usage is 1.3 which is over the quota and the retention is 1 day meaning that it will only show traffic logs for 1 day only? Do you know how I can go about resolving the issue?

Hi All, Device Type: PA-220 Software Version: 8.0.11-h1 Im having an issue with old traffic logs not showing up on the monitoring tab. I can see live logs but if I want to check the logs for the previous day or previous 2 days then nothing shows up. It only goes back to a certain time. We have cleared all the logs on Friday 13 July so that it can start logging new entries. I logged on today wanting to check the logs for yesterday and I could only go back as far as 14:22. If I filter the time to 14:21 then it shows nothing. Are there any known issues like this one for the PA-220? Is there anyone that faced or facing the same issue? Thank You Rieyaad

We have a customer who would like to have certified/verified confirmation for User-ID (PANOS 6.x) compatibility with: Exchange 2012 AD 2008 and 2012 After going through the available documentation, the only compatibility info I have found is this post so can you please also verify the compatibility with the additional systems. Hi Hulk, the problem is that the test url command categorizes the website ea.sendcpt.com as malware-site whilst the brightcloud website is categorizing it as business-and-economy. All possible commands have used i.e. clear url-cache all delete dynamic-url host name ea.sendcpt.com etc... Yes, the website is correctly classified by Brightcloud but misclassified by the firewall. When brightcloud is categorizing it correctly, there is no need for custom url category. Is there anything missing that needs to be addressed.. how can we have a website actually contact the cloud manually?

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help. there is a site - ea.sendcpt.com which is listed in both brightcloud and PAN-DB On brightcloud it is listed as malware-sites But on PAN-DB which is a newer DB it is listed as business and economy The end customer is having an issue as they are trying to access the site as it is a trusted site but they are getting block pages due to it being classified as malware on brightcloud. I have tried the following to clear the cache in the hope it updates but to no avail. -clear url-cache all -delete dynamic-url host name ea.sendcpt.com <this comes back with site removed> But then the same issue occurs when trying to access it. The customer is reluctant to use PAN-DB - is there another way around this?? Thanks Sean

Hi, I have a similar issue. the website is added into the URL filtering and also have tried in custom URL catergories. it blocks http but not https when the page has a link on it so for example https://www.google.com it will block. but when we use https://www.google.com/intl/en/options/ it does not block this site. How can I block this site. Thanks Sean
