I have checked the logs on FW, and made a quick check on internet for what it might be the root cause for this error,
but unfortuntally i could't find something helpful.
I have put the below error message and hope you could take a look and help

Hello all brothrs, We working on a big project and i have this question plz: we have a case wich we have 1 vsys but a diffrent customer, i need to give every customer an access to this Vsys, but every customer mustn't see the configuration of another customer, "Access domain" can do that? if not how i can do that ? Hi brothers, That's help me resolve the problem, but now i have another problem, normaly i have 2 types of users using vpn, type must get full access, and the second type access only for some specific port. when i modify the security rule i try to add users but i can't find local users. how can i solve this problem plz Thanks.

Hello brothers. I'm connected with GlobalProtec VPN, i can access to the local network from the external, i can ping on local machine, i can use rdp for some servers, but when i want use mstsc for an @IP:port, for exemple 10.0.0.1:10100 in order to run some remote application, i can't do that, also i can telnet on 10.0.0.1 by 10100 port. NB: when i use an internal machine i can access via mstsc for an @IP :port, but with globalprotect i can't. Thanks for help.

Hello brothers, Plz i really need your help, we have a big project with a big Service Provider, it's the MSSP, i know the concept but technically i don't know anything. As i understood, the MSSP is a security as a service, the Service Provider host the Firewalls Appliances in his own local, and sell the security service to its clients, but the biiig question is!! for example a client ask us for 2Gb Throughput, 100 globalProtect connexion... how we can offer this for him ?? the service provider has 100 PA-5060 with 500gb throughput for example but the client need just 2Gb Throughput, how i can manage this !! Plz i really need your help
