Hi Team, Is it possible to whitelist on the basis of destination for scanning port. I can see in Reconnaissance configuration we can only whitelist on the basis on source address. But more than 500 sources are available to scan port so its difficult to allow those for specific destination address. Please suggest. regards, Shiv

We imported checkpoint configuration into latest expedition tool, security policies are available as expected but nat rules are not available ( out of 280 only 7 nat policies came).
I found community article which mentioned about missing nat which is for checkpoint object nat/hide nat/auto nat, also its 5 years old. I like to know whether still its the same or anything else can be done to import the nat.
Also we copied rules/config from rulesbases_5_0.fws and imported the config.

@Chris_Johnston The response time is what we need to check, but for India West location there is a hard code set for high priority hence, it will always get elected. We tried with India south and Singapore, it is working as expected.

Hi All, On cloud service tab, we are getting warning message as mentioned below. Also if we verify OTP it is not accepting. And we are able to configure our prisma access settings without any issue. "your account needs to be verfied within X days" Any idea how to resolve this issue??

Hi All, We are testing Prisma access and user is not connecting to nearest gateway. We have selected 3 locations India west east and south, user is close to south region but always connect to India west. When I check the GPA logs it shows priority for India west has priority 5 but in the portal configuration portal>agent>external we have set source region any and priority as highest ( admin guide asks to keep it none but that option not available) I know that gateway select is based on ssl response time but how to find which is lowest response time from the logs??

Hi Sai, I didn't get you. From the diagram can you give me the local and remote ip address for proxy ID1 and proxy ID2. I am confused because the actual communication is between 10.5.0.0 to 10.50.1.0. Infra subnet is in the middle and its primary purpose is to communicate resources in service connection. Dear All, I am confused whether content updates sent after the policy update or from response of heartbeat. I checked the admin guide which says content updates are "automated content updates delivered directly to your Traps management service tenant by Palo Alto Networks." No detailed info available. I started with aperture and document mentioned "Aperture compares your user defined aperture policies to the data content and context to calculatre any policy violations" I understood Conext = data exposure Content = Data patterns inside the acutal file As palo alto stores only meta-data, how the policy is checked. Whether policies are sent to the customer SaaS application and scanned OR data pull/passed through apeture application and then scanned. I am a firewall guy, my understanding is when traffic passes through the device we apply the policy. In this case its different, please share your knowledge, I couldn't understand what is "compare" with what..!! thanks
