Hi to all, this is Marco. I just update my 850 from PanOs 8.0.15 to 8.1.7. Now i can find in the APP list screenconnect. When i try to create a rule using screenconnect, the firewall tell me unknow-app. Keeping in mind that the destination addresses of screeconnect servers change often, please someone have some tips to help me ? Hi to all, i need to authorize Screenconnect agent on mine endpoints for remote support.
I just have authorized the app screenconnect but seem to work only with the browser version.
Installing the app, it doesn't work. Searching into the log and testing a single destination ip address, work!
Searching around, i found that using an nslookup at the address https://servers.screenconnect.com it possible obtain the list of all servers.
So the question is, should be possible use minemeld to do this job?

Ciao to all, this is Marco. I'm asking an help about a paloalto 850 and minemeld.
I have 2 different internet connections attached to the firewall.
One is dedicate to servers traffic and office365. (and this is the default for the firewall)
One is dedicate to web browsing. (this is configured using a PBF).
After implementing minemeld, 365 traffic go away to te default connection (and is right).
The problem is on SKYPE4BUSINESS. Only chat is working. Audio and video calls, desktop sharing and sending request of contacts (to both skype and skype4business) are not working.
Please have you some suggestions?
