Hi Everyone   I have some problem for Captive Portal redirect. PAN-OS - 8.1 SSL decryption - enable Authentication - Active Directory IPs - 1000+- Platform - 3250 Series    the problem is partial IPs cannot get captive portal page to authentication, but partial IPs success work at captive portal,  we think maybe the loopback ip already been used at other device or browser not support redirecting , but at the same time, if some ip can work CP page, they can success do anything at browser like authentication / search / interneting etc..,  if some IPs cannot work CP redirect, they'll get error page and cannot do anything. could anyone can help provide some CLI command to display how many authentication rate at Captive Portal per single IP.   Thanks   BR Tyson ... Hi Guys   We got the issue for display src.user of different vsys(include ALL), for example, when I filtering src.user(abc.com\CDE) on traffic tab of vsys1, then unsuccessful displayed blank src.user on tab, but when I clear filter index, we can see specific user(abc.com\CDE) on traffic tab.   another method, we tried filtering same specific user on traffic tab of "ALL" vision, no any display issue occur, even we clear filtering index.   could anyone have experience for fix this issue?   Version - 8.1.11 user data source - Captive portal   Tyson ... Hi everyone   i got the problem for the PAN-OS upgrade from 6.1.X to 7.1.1X, the environment deploy SSL decrypt already, also had security profile include URL-filtering, Anti-virus, Anti-spyware, vulnerability, it like normal use, but when i finished upgrade palo alto appliance, we cannot succeed running google services like google-maps, google-translate, google-calendar, the webpage cannot display the all detail, even i saw the traffic log, threat log and url filtering log haven't any drop or deny message; for example, usually we entry some keyword to google-translate area, it will synchronize your input  translation to target language, but now, the webpage of google-translate cannot synchronize the keyword input to translate area, also no any response, even tried changed browser, closed quic protocol;   for example 2, when i from mainpage migrated to google-map page already,   the page cannot load the road map, but no any fail log or error message in browser   now have 3 point as below 1. only google web services occurred to my environment. 2. if ssl session haven't decrypt, webpage success load and services work possible. 3. if ssl session decrypt already without deploy security profile,  webpage success load and services work  possible.   could someone can help me to resolve this problem? thanks ...
