Hello Early today the captive portal stopped working and UserID didn't get any user mappings. Users couldn't be able to login by SSO or captive portal. After some investigation, we restarted the l3-service and it come back working. The l3svc_ngx_error.log show us this errors: Error: pan_parse_bc_params(panos_addons/pan_l3svc_utils.c:2294): invalid request : [error] 1761#0: *42602 open() "/var/appweb/htdocs/js/login/html5shiv.js" failed (2: No such file or directory), client: ::ffff :10.166.5.189, server: , request: "GET /login/js/html5shiv.js HTTP/1.1", host: "captiveportal:6082", referrer: "https://captiveportal:6082/php/uid.php?vsys=1&rule=1&url=http://google%2f" Someone has an idea what could be the reason for this?
