Hi Friends,
Please note that I have a Panorama running version 10.1.5-h1, and I just registered a couple of new PA-440 Palos which have the same software version 10.1.5-h1.
I also provisioned it's corresponding Template Stack, Device Group, and pushed everything successfully to those new firewalls.
However, my weird thing is that I should be able to see a Shared RADIUS Server Profile, and a Shared Authentication Profile... But none of this is showing up in the new Templates that I created for these 2 new devices. Please note my Template Stack is composed by an Standards-Template and a specific Template for the firewall (this is where I should be able to see the Shared mentioned Objects, but I'm not seeing that).
Any idea will be greatly appreciated.

Hi @BPry , Do you know by any chance if there´s a way to monitor via CLI the count down of the preemptive hold timer? I just started supporting a deployment where the prior integrator configured 60 minutes of preemption, so at least I would like to know if the timer is actually counting down or not. Hello friends, I have been tasked to deploy a multi-VSYS PA and to manage it from Panorama, honestly this is the first time that I do this so I'm reaching out to you in order to guide me in the most siple way to achieve this. The way I'm planning this is: 1. Enable multi-VSYS funcionality (I guess that by default VSYS1 should be created automatically). 2. Setup the HA pair. 3. Setup communication to Panorama, this will be a site to site VPN so I will have to do this in the VSYS1. Now in Panorama: 1. Register the Serial Numbers in Managed Devices. 2. Create a new Template. 3. Create a new Stack (including the new one, and another that we use for Standard parameters). I guess that this step above is the most critical one, I'm with the idea that we should be able to manage the 4 VSYS from this single template, but please correct me if I'm wrong. 4. Then, in Panorama implement the required config, create the 3 new VSYS, etc. and push the config to the device. 5. Then, per my understanding at this point I should be able to see the Virtual Systems as available devices in the Device Groups section. This step above is also a critical one, as I'm with the idea that I should create a single Device Group for each VSYS and in order to achieve that, I should be able to see the Virtual Systems as available devices in Device Groups section? Please correct me if I'm wrong. Any feedback will be appreciated. Kind Regards,

Thanks for your feedback Burce, Are you also running multiple VRs? And how are you providing Internet access to your current both VSYS? Are you using the same ISP subnet? Which means that you would have an ARP entry for VSYSA, and another ARP entry for VSYSB? Kind Regards,

Hello team, I will be deploying a couple of 3250s in HA and multi VSYS, and VRs. My main concern is that are we getting separate ARP tables per each VSYS/VR? Let me give you some more background about what we will try to achieve: We want to create 4 VSYS with their corresponding VRs, for example: VSYSa/VRa, VSYSb/VRb, VSYSc/VRc, VSYSd/VRd. I'm planning to allocate a dedicated "Untrust" interface for each VSYS/VR. The thing is that we are using the same Public IP Addresses range from the ISP, so all of the 4 VSYS/VRs will send traffic to the same Default Gateway/ISP Router. That's the reason why I would like someone to help me to confirm if the PAs in multi-vsys/vrs mode will keep separate ARP tables just like tradditional VRFs or Virtual Contexts on CISCO routers and ASA firewalls (Apologize for the comparison). Otherwise the 4 VSYS/VRs would be in constant conflict by keeping the single ARP entry (if no multiple ARP tables supported). It will be nice if someone could share a screenshot with me about ARP tables behavior in multi vsys/vrs mode, documentation about this kind of setup will also be greatly appreciated. Hi nswift, Thanks for your feedback, that's what I suspected. I went through my Panorama > Device Deployment > Dynamic Updates > Schedules and found that it is configured there. I just realized that Panorama is downloading and installing updates for the 3 categories and is pushing them to all of our devices. Kind Regards,

Hello friends, I'm planning to implement Dynamic Updates schedules for my Antivirus, Applications and Threats, and WildFire features. I know I can do it daily, hourly, etc and define treshold. But first I would like to understand the default behavior of these updates, as currently I see that my Antivirus database already has the installed version from today! Hi Team, Thank you very much everyone for your support, I left the Common Name as .mydomain.com and then on the CA directly you can indicate this is a wildcard certificate and they will prepend the * for you so the final result will be *.mydomain.com. Then when I imported the signed certificate it was successful. Kind Regards!
