Panorama HA manage collectors are disconnected and not detected peer collectors after reboot

L0 Member

It works well before reboot. After reboot, log collectors are showing disconnected and not detected peer log collectors. Not sure is there any firewall is blocking between the two panoramas.

Thank you for the post @Arkar_Aung

Could you please login to log collector and get logs to see what is happening: tail lines 200 mp-log ms.log

Based on details of the logs, I would take troubleshooting further.

Log collector will initiate a connection to Panorama with destination port TCP: 3978. Just in case, could you make sure that you can get to: https://<Panorama IP address>:3978 ? Make sure that certificate is not expired.

Kind Regards

Pavel

Hi Pavelk,

Thanks for your help. Based on the log, I found TCP port 3978 is blocking. Now the log collectors are connected once I opened FWs.
