I am trying to register my PaloAlto serial number with support portal for very 1st time but getting error as - "Error: unable to create user account". Please contact Support". can you please guide on same ASAP.

Hi @LALITA ,
Possibly you have backline support on that serial# and it's already registered to your ASC (approved support center).
Eitherway it's difficult to say without actually knowing the serial#.
I know it's been a while ago since this message was posted but you can always fill out this form in case you require login assistance.
