How to add devices properly in AiOps?

I have this client which he says no report is being seen for telemetry and data.

May I kindly ask how to do this properly?

Rules without App-ID - Failes

Hi all
I have configured most firewall allow rules with application and port(s).

Still only get 88% on the App-ID in BPA.

It tells me I need app on deny/drop rules, why?

If I block all apps to TOR network, I do not need app!

AIOps for NGFW - Data Refreshing

When I made changes to my PA-410 based on best practices from AIOps for NGFW, I noticed that a day later I didn't see that  AIOps for NGFW updated the best practices, removing the failed check. Is there something that I have to do in  AIOps for NGFW

I've set up AIOps for NGFW Free in our setting. I then added 20 firewalls to the AIOps dashboard after that.

This critical alert comes via email every hour. File "PA_XXXXXXXXXXXXX46_dt_10.1.6-h6_20230411_2230_1-hr-interval_HOUR

No Adoption Summary Data Available

Since about 2 days, Feature Adoption is empty, only showing "No Adoption Summary Data Available".

Anyone has similar issues and know how to fix this?

Exporting Feature Adoption for my client

I am new on generating on-demand BPA thru AiOps for NGFW. 

I tried exporting the Feature Adoption summary but it gave me a .gzip file format. I am not sure how to use this.

I just want to export the same view or maybe PDF.

I've followed all of the steps in the AIOps onboarding guide but a Cortex Data Lake instance is not appearing in the hub despite waiting several days.   I'm expecting to see the free telemetry only instance created according to the documentation sinc

AIops not showing posture even though config is being sent.

I do see all my firewalls in AIops and have some data on them.

I see three AIOps instances created under https://apps.paloaltonetworks.com/settings but only one is used.

IAOps Feature Adoption - Location

When looking at details in Feature Adoption, the location states "vsys1" rather than the hostname of the firewall.

Is there a way to change this in AIOps?
