Best Practices Question

L0 Member

Currently have the FREE version of AIOps.   Noticing some anomalies with the best practices analysis (and from reading on the forums, it appears others are to).  One example I have and curious if others are seeing it.

In the Best Practices Dashboard looking at the Network->Network Profiles, it is identifying Ipsec Crypto Profiles and alerting that "The IPSec Crypto profile (Network > Network Profiles > IPSec Crypto) does not use an AES encryption algorithm.".  However, AES are the ONLY encryption profiles configured on all of the IPsec Crypto configurations.  I assume this is some type of bug in the AIOps solution?

I like the idea of the AIOps tool for the constant best practice analysis.  It represents good information, however little things like this are distracting.  As I understand, there is no way to report things about AIOps, is that true?  Is there some official avenue to report anomalies like this?

The behavior you have described appears to me to be a bug.  Please open a ticket with Support for any issues with the product.  For feature requests, please work with your Sales team to have them submitted.

Thanks!  I will try a support ticket.  I was under the impression that the Free tier was unavailable for support, but I may have misunderstood.

Of course, I've seen several things like this and wouldn't be inclined to move past the free tier as-is, so it would make sense there would be some avenue to alert of these types of things.

I'll go ahead and submit a support ticket and come back here to update the discussion with the outcome.
