As defined by Merriam-Webster, to plagiarize is “to steal and pass off (the ideas or words of another) as one's own.” Organizations, such as those in higher education and SLED, may want to block users from accessing essay-writing and plagiarism websites to prevent cheating.
We have identified such websites with the “copyright-and-infringement and “questionable” categories. By creating a custom category with both the “copyright” and “questionable” categories, organizations can tailor specific policies (e.g. block) towards plagiarism websites.
