When I try to install the Linux container defender on ARM64 the installation fails:

The common factor is the r.cloudfront.net which I understand is the Amazon CDN. Any suggestions. I am awaiting TAC to do their troubleshooting. Going on second day. The logs show no blocks so far. The traffic is low risk as they .gov sites.
