With the start of the new year, we want to take a moment to refresh your memory around all the resources that are readily available to help you wherever you are in your journey. There are numerous support services that are available to you, which you can learn all about in the Support Resource Guide. This guide shares information about the various support resources and support plans. You can also learn more about our technical case workflow, useful info when you open a case with us. If you haven’t already, we encourage you to check it out.
Recently, a new Support Reference Guide was created to help you as you’re working to get answers to challenges you may be facing with your Palo Alto Networks technologies. In this guide we share suggestions when opening support cases and tips for working active cases. You can also find information about response times when it comes to your support case as well as other resources you can leverage.
