Two weeks ago, the Dallas-Fort Worth chapter of the Fuel User Group had a meeting in the Palo Alto Networks Plano office.

To start off, the turnout for the event was great. There were over 40 security professionals that showed up to the meeting.

Oscar Soares, Services Account Manager for Palo Alto Networks, started the meeting by talking about the Best Practice Assessment (BPA) tool, what it is, and how it can help improve your security posture.

Rob Justice then followed up the meeting with a general overview of Palo Alto Networks products and how the products work together to solve our security issues. After the meeting, everyone walked next door to Sixty Vines, a local restaurant for  happy hour, networking, and further discussions.

Overall, it was a great meeting with a great turnout. A lot of great people came out to learn more about Palo Alto Networks and to network with other security professionals.

For those who attended the meeting, they all took home a cool Fuel User Group t-shirt.
