It’s a special day here on the LIVEcommunity as the NEW enhanced experience is now live! These past two weeks we’ve been sharing sneak peeks with you leading up to this day. We are excited for all of you to finally navigate through the LIVEcommunity with this new experience. Let’s take a quick look at all of the enhancements!
The LIVEcommunity homepage is where you’ll see a lot of the enhancements that have been made. Our goal was to provide you with a simplified user interface that will help seamlessly meet your needs. With that in mind, you now
see the following:
Featured Posts - This area is where you will learn about important news (product releases and updates) and events that you should know about.
Trending Conversations - A NEW rotating area all around trending topics, where you can find out about the most popular conversations happening in the community and join in.
Community Activity - Here you’ll see all activity happening around the community and be able to sort it by most recent posts, viewed, commented, liked, or unanswered. We want to give you more control over the content you see and engage with in the community, which is what led us to make this change.
Events Calendar - Moving to the right-hand side of the homepage, you can now see a NEW Events Calendar. Not only can you view the upcoming events, but you can also RSVP right then and there,
making it easier for you!
Visibility into New Solutions and Top Contributors - As you make your way down the right-hand side of the homepage, you also get visibility into the new solutions being shared as well as top liked authors and contributors across the community. Sharing this information can help you discover helpful information and to follow and engage with other community members.
When you visit our Events area you can now see all upcoming digital events!
With that in mind, we want to also use this time to remind you about our FIRST interactive event all about the Best Practice Assessment (BPA) tool! This event is happening on April 29 at 8 AM PDT and you can now register. RSVP and be sure to share this with your peers!
During this event you will be able to connect with subject matter experts, share best practices, and learn more about how this tool can improve your security posture. We can’t wait to see you!
You can also join us for our next Ask Me Anything (AMA) Event on May 4, 8 AM - 10 AM PDT. This Q&A session will focus on Cortex Customer Success — XDR Alert Tuning, including how your security operations center (SOC) team can use Alert Tuning to avoid alert fatigue, quickly prioritize alerts, and triage priority or high-severity incidents to keep your company safe. The Palo Alto Networks Cortex Team and Principal Success Architect Greg Jenkins are excited to answer your questions in this upcoming AMA!
When you visit our Technologies area, you can now see tiles of all our technology resources pages in alphabetical order. This is in efforts to help navigate the Palo Alto Networks ecosystem, no matter where you are in your journey!
As you continue scrolling down, you will also see all activity happening across all our technology resources pages. As mentioned earlier, you can sort content by most recent posts, viewed, commented, liked, or unanswered.
We know we’ve unpacked a lot today, but we are very excited to finally be sharing all of these enhancements with you!
We recognize that with these elevated experiences, you may have questions or feedback, so we started a discussion on our Community Feedback page to engage with all of you. Feedback is alway welcome, so please leverage this area to share your thoughts around this elevated experience!
Thank you all for growing with us.
