Happy Customer Experience (CX) Day!

October 5th is Customer Experience Day, a designation the Customer Experience Professional Association (CXPA) describes as “the CX community celebrates the professionals and companies that make great customer experiences happen — a celebration known as CX Day.” At Palo Alto Networks, creating positive customer experiences for our customers is a pillar of our values.

#CXDay2021 is all about you!

We want to take a moment to thank all of our customers. Thank you for engaging with us and always providing your feedback. Your input never goes unnoticed as we try our best to make sure you have a great experience across all our digital channels. This day is all about celebrating YOU, our amazing customers!

What Palo Alto Networks Employees Had to Say About Our Customers

We asked our LIVEcommunity team members and Palo Alto Networks employees to share what Customer Experience and CX Day means to them. Here’s what they had to say:

When a customer unwittingly becomes your brand ambassador, you know you've achieved enviable CX levels! — @fskeik

To me, customer experience is all about the value and accessibility of information. I find pride and delight in supporting the customer and their digital experience via the day-to-day efforts I'm doing behind the scenes—the ideation, wordsmithing, answer-finding, and resource-building that happens before we ever hit publish on LIVEcommunity. Ultimately, the tools and information we share are the result of a collaborative effort to make customers' efforts to secure their digital world easier—so that they can focus on what really matters. #CXDAY2021 — @jforsythe

Ensuring a positive customer experience should be part of every employee's job, whether a support technician is helping solve a problem or an engineer developing features or UX that will improve the customer's experience. We should all strive to exceed the customer's expectations. — @emetcalf

CX day is every day. — @fflorian

CX for me translates to a journey that covers all cognitive, affective, sensory, and behavioral responses of our customers to their experience with our teams. We have to create a positive customer experience for the journey to be amazing and for our company to stay amazing! — @laziz

LIVEcommunity Appreciation for Our Members

For Palo Alto Networks and the community, it’s a day where we not only recognize and celebrate all our amazing customers, but also the work that continuously goes toward providing exceptional customer experiences.

A few months ago, the LIVEcommunity received an interface revamp to help our users navigate and engage on the platform seamlessly and with ease.

The enhanced LIVEcommunity experience includes Featured Posts, Trending Conversations, and Community Activity areas on the homepage, as well as an Events Calendar. These new sections help members like you better interact with news, ongoing discussions, our experts, and each other as the vibrant ecosystem of LIVEcommunity continues to grow.

Our LIVEcommunity connects many customers and experts solving each other’s problems every day. Resources like Beacon provide smart, informative onboarding and learning paths for new customers and customers looking to learn and grow in cybersecurity. And the Customer Support Portal is always evolving to meet the ever-changing support and maintenance needs of our customers.

Engage with us all week long! Join the LIVEcommunity #CXDAY2021 discussion:

We want to highlight all of our amazing customers, so we created a CX Day discussion to engage with all of you! Let us know who has helped you along your customer journey in the LIVEcommunity or at Palo Alto Networks?  — or tell us what customer experience means to you!

Register or sign in to LIVEcommunity to join our discussion and be sure to use the hashtag #CXDay2021 as we’ll be awarding everyone who participates with a special CX Day badge.
