Deploying Cortex XDR via AutoPilot

L0 Member

I've been trying to configure Cortex XDR version 8.0.1.33809 to be deployed when configuring a laptop with autopilot. I downloaded the agent directly from Cortex XDR, configured it with the intune app creator to convert from an .msi file to a .intunewin file and uploaded and configured the app in Intune.

When the computer is being setup, Cortex XDR fails to install and kicks back the error,

<![LOG[[Win32App][EspManager] Updating ESP tracked install status from InProgress to Error for application 42379392-c0f8-4532-a3a2-39fb648b1531 with name: Cortex XDR.]LOG]!><time="13:33:17.4268852" date="5-19-2023" component="IntuneManagementExtension" context="" type="1" thread="5" file="">

Not sure if this was more on the Intune side or Cortex side but I figured I'd ask in case anyone else came across this issue.
