Delete a Rule-Based Tag on Graphical User Interface ("GUI")

I created a Rules-Based Tag called "Owner" that I do not need. I have not added it to any asset yet. How can I delete this tag on GUI?

Hi @DanielTCLEE ,

Navigate to Inventory → Tags in the left-hand menu and locate the "Owner" tag you created. Do you see the option to delete the tag?

I have the role of Instance Administrator but I cannot find Tags below Inventory.  Screenshot below.
