Accessing the instance


After the template has been fully deployed, an INSTANCEWEBUI field appears in the Outputs section of the template results. The address in the field is the FQDN of the instance.

During initialization you can connect to the instance only via SSH using the credentials supplied via the template parameters. In this phase the loader is updating the Ubuntu packages, and downloading & installing the latest version of MineMeld. This phase should take a couple of minutes:


$ ssh

At the end of the initialization you should see a message where all the minemeld services are RUNNING:

Accessing the WebUI


After the initialization is completed, the WebUI can be accessed on port 443 via https with default credentials

Username: admin
Password: minemeld

Hi there,


This deploy template is not working properly anymore. I opened another article on the discussion part and other people are confirming that as well. Could you please check it out and fix it so it can be automatically deployed? Just wanted to bring this to attention.

Hi Brian,


Yes it does, but I had to do it manually and not using this script. I also answered you in another topic so I hope someone can help you.
