Controlling use of Remote Access Tools

   I am researching how to better controll the use of Remote Access Tools, such as LogMeIn, by the user base.

   I know we have the sub-category of "remote-access" that I can use to create an application filter.  Which I can then use on a rule..

When I scan the reporting tool, the maximum that I can Sort by or scan for is "TOP 500"

Global Protect disconnects itself at least 2 times a day. Idle time out is set to 3 hours. But disconnect happens while the portal is in use. Is this a known issue?
