Firewall processes sometimes are in suspended state

L3 Networker

Dear community,

I have observed that processes "log_index" and "stats_gen" appear in "suspended" state sometimes.

We didn´t notice any issue though.

Do you know if that´s a normal behavior?

Kind Regards!

Hi @Carracido .

How often do you find these processes to be in the suspended state? The log_index and stats_gen helps organize and index logs that pass through your firewall. It allows the firewall to properly apply source/dest ip, application, and time-stamps. I would say the processes being suspended aren't typical behavior. I would reach out to TAC to take a further look into this.
