Global Protect Portal Issues

Hello Everyone,

 

We have just noticed that when we are trying to connect to the GP Portal on the web. We are getting successfully connected over VPN but when going on the web we are getting an auth failed. We have cloud auth with azure. 

 

Errors on edge: no password

Authentication 2FA we get the prompt and it flows through.

Any idea on what the issue could be.

 

Clients aren't able to log in to download the agent.

Hi @Udit_Das ,

 

Can you share a screenshot of your error? Users can get to the portal, but upon entering credentials to download the client they get an auth fail? Try checking system logs. There should be error logs pertaining to the users getting an auth fail.
