Panorama M-100 is not showing in my customer support portal software list.

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to download the software for Panorama M-100 software from the Paloalto customer support portal but it's not in the list. 

appreciate if anyone can help me why M-100 is disappear from the software list ? Is base on users Id level ?

Hi @Chetharjit ,

 

The latest supported PAN-OS version for M-100 was 8.1 unless you've upgraded to 32GB memory (= 9.1 supported).

These PAN-OS version should still be supported on the M-100 until the end-of-life date (= October 31, 2023).  

If you maintained a valid support contract my guess is it should be supported on M-100 until the respective hardware end-of-life date.

As @DixonR mentioned, best to confirm with support as to why the OS is no longer available to you.
