Hello,
We are currently using a Palo Alto PA-1410 running on software version 11.2.3. However, when we check for updates, the only version available is 11.1.4-h7, as attached.
The Apps.Threats update is working correctly. Could you please let us know if this is normal, or if there is something we need to do to address this?

Hi @GhislainB ,
You have checked "Preferred Releases" at the bottom of your page.
Because of this it will only display the preferred releases.
Uncheck it and try again.
