White Screen Issue on Palo Alto Firewall Web Interface

L0 Member

Hi  everyone,

Iam facing a problem where the web interface of my Palo Alto firewall shows a blank white screen after logging in. Iam unable to access any settings or dashboards. Here is what I have tried so far:

  1. Clearing the browser cache and cookies.
  2. Accessing the interface using different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox).
  3. Restarting the firewall and my local machine.

Iam running PAN-OS 10.2 on a PA-220, and the issue started after applying the latest firmware update.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any suggestions on how to fix or troubleshoot this would be greatly appreciated!

You may want to ask this in a General Discussion rather than PAN-OS SD-WAN discussion forum.
One suggestion I have is downgrade again and see if the issue persist. PA-220 has limited memory and you may be just running into lack of memory depending upon your policies and rules.

@ashah1 I move the topic to the General Discussions area.

Hi @rubbyhaul ,

Try the maintenance recovery tool if all else fails.

From there you can revert the firewall or appliance to factory default settings, revert PAN-OS or a content update to a previous version.

Good luck !
