GP clien window size

L1 Bithead

I have a bit annoing behavior afte add hardware 2FA to GP. Client windows is not scalable and not possible is scroll text in window. In effect I'm not able to chose 2FA method 😞 Only hardware key is working. Is possible to unlock sizing or scrolling of this window?

Windows looks like this.

I have the same issue. Client 6.0 is not able to display the full screen. Any workaround?

If you are using SAML you can configure GlobalProtect to use browser window to show 2FA options.

Thanks but not using Saml. It looks like the Frame size on the windows is to small. Client 5.0 show the same problem. Is there a way to increase the size?

tks

Until you get Palo to fix GP agent screen size you can append login mode to the password like shown here https://guide.duo.com/append-mode

Thanks.. Think in the proxy setup using the prompt_format ="short" command makes the whole screen show, but with no descriptions, an ugly way to make this work.
