Disk Type for Panorama Log Storage on Azure

What is the recommended disk type (Standard HDD, Standard SSD or Premium SSD) for log storage on Panorama in Azure? None of the documents (Deployment Guide, KB, Panorama Admin guide) address this and I'm trying to design a cost-effective solution.

We are seeing alot of urls with randomly generated urls getting past our existing guards.  Is there a rule, plug-in or ?? that could deny urls that don't match known word patterns?

I'm pretty sure this is a feature request, but I'm throwing it out there in case anyone has info.

Today our active panorama was broken caused by VM datastore issue .
