How to set the rule order using CLI on Panorama

Hi, when configuring rules using CLI on Panorama, I used the following syntax, however, if I have multiple rules, how do I configure the order of different rules?

set device-group DGName pre-rulebase security rules RuleName to xxxxxx

set device-group DGName pre-rulebase security rules RuleName from xxxxxx

Whats the reason for not managing it via the gui? I dont believe you can specify where its created with the set command, however you can use the move command to move the rule to where you want it. So an example would be like this:

move device-group TEST pre-rulebase security rules TESTRULE after ALLOWRULE
