I would like to understand the Cortex XDR product in a better manner. Post deployment we would like to know if we can collect the data of incidents generated in Cortex XDR to Azure Sentinel.

It doesn't appear in some of the KB pages yet but there is now a Cortex XDR connector available in the Sentinel solutions hub.,

This pulls incidents from Cortex XDR via API and has analytics rules to create incidents from these in Sentinel.
