we have PA-3250 running PAN-OS 10.1.10-h1, please advise that User-ID and Terminal Server (TS) Agent Certificate Expiration will affect our services ? or should i need to upgrade firewall which version?

Hello @umerkhan
The communication between the Agents and the NGFW will be affected by the certificate expiration. It is recommended to upgrade the firewalls first, and then the agents. In your case, it is advised to upgrade the firewall to the preferred release 10.1.13-h1.
