Hello everyon,
I have an strange issue with OSPF, it is working normaly but one or two time in 24 hour palo alto loses its neighbors for 1 to 5 seconds.
I tied to troubleshoot and get message:

OSPF 12 i/f idx 0X00000010 rtr ID 10.2.255.4 IP addr .... neighbor FSM state has deteriorated.
Interface address = IP addr ....
OSPF link category = 1
Is neighbor virtual? = 0
FSM input = QOAM_NBR_SEQ_NUMBER_ERR (10)
Old FSM state = AMB_OSPF_NBR_FULL (8)
New FSM state = AMB_OSPF_NBR_TWO_WAY (4)
FSM action = G (7)
Neighbor friend status = 3
Number of neighbor events = 6
Number of database exchange timeouts = 0
I can't find it anywhere what is this error is FSM input = QOAM_NBR_SEQ_NUMBER_ERR (10)
If anyone knows, I would be grateful.
