Prisma Cloud encountered Transient Error from the Cloud Service Provider

Hello everyone,

 

Could you please help me understand the meaning of the following error?

 

null Account "XXXXXXXXXX" Config - Transient Error from Cloud Service Provider Encountered

Cloud account xxxxxxxxxxxx (Account ID:xxxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxxx-xxxxx) cannot be monitored due to transient error from cloud service provider. Hit the Review button to see the current status and update settings.

Error :

Prisma Cloud encountered Transient Error from the Cloud Service Provider.

Good Day,  

 

Is this an  Azure account?  I have seen this on occasion with Azure return a unfamiliar error message,  either due to  invalid key or an authentication issue during the ingestion cycle.  This issue usually resolves itself during the next ingestion cycle. 

 

How long have been seeing this error?

Hi James,

 

Yes, it's with the Azure subscription.

It's coming up randomly. We have some issues with permissions and I can see ingestion error but this specific error (transient error) is showing up at random.
