Can we have any rough approximation count for this??I think it's depends on the number of workloads that deployed/bought for licence in the cloud infrastructure.
can someone please suggest on this??

This varies so much from environment to environment that there is no way to provide a quantified answer to this question. I would log everything, and then decide what is needed to stay compliant. From there you can plan what data you expect to ingest.
