Hello community,
Has anybody experienced an issue with getting access to the knowledgebase articles recently?
I am being redirected to a login page each time when try to open a link to the article provided by Google in search results. Once I successfully log in I get the same "Single Sign-On Error" with a text (https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/_nc_external/identity/saml/SamlError😞
We can't log you in because of an issue with single sign-on. Contact your Salesforce admin for help.
Are the KB's going to be locked permanently or is it a kind of temporarily issue? Does anybody know how to resolve it?

Thank you for the response. Yes, I am still experiencing the issue with accessing KB's. I have tried different browsers, an incognito mode and etc.. But It did not help. Looks weird. Any ideas how to solve it or who I can reach out to for help are appreciated.
