i'm trying to on board an AWS cloud account(i'm admin) on Prisma Cloud tenant (i'm system admin), but after successful creation of Read-only Role on AWS, with guided procedure, i get "not account owner" error (screenshot attached)
Someone already encounter this error? Any idea?

Adding one more thing, on the API https://api.eu.prismacloud.io/cloud/status/aws i get 400 Bad Request Error

Hi @MProcaccianti - If you have already onboarded the same Cloud account in any different tenant and if the account is not removed from that tenant, you cannot onboard the same account again. Hence the error. If you are still facing the issue, please do contact <PrismaCloudCustomerSuccess@paloaltonetworks.com> with Tenant ID and Account Name.
