Did deploy this version on network with PA-3220's (head end) and PA-220's (50+branch locations).
The PA-220's completed few weeks ago, no issues.
After upgrading the PA-3220's (old version 10.1.11-h4) had nothing but end user issues, all routing seemed okay, no blocked data shown, but almost no system operated as pre-change.
We had to roll back.

Why do you want to rollback, is there any specific bug or issue in the version (10.1.13).
