how do you deal with issues related to Database Activity Monitoring (DAM) and File Integrity Monitoring (FIM) in the cloud? Does Prisma Cloud have something related to this?

Hello,
I can provide an answer to your second item, File Integrity monitoring. Prisma Cloud Compute can provide this via runtime protection. This is available for hosts and containers. See included screenshots of the places in the console where the settings can be configured.
Compute -> Defend -> Runtime -> Host policy
Compute -> Defend -> Runtime -> Container policy
