I was unable to complete the set-up process for the Prisma Cloud product bought from the AWS.

I bought the Prisma Cloud product.

When I register the necessary account for the product in the https://subscribe.redlock.io/register.html, it always failed.

I would suggest opening a support case with the relevant account information so we can go ahead and hop on a call with you to determine what error message or problem you are running into is related to and we can verify the account gets added successfully.

Thanks for your reply. I have found one product manager to help me.

The problem still exists. I want to create an issue in the https://support.paloaltonetworks.com, but it tells me the following message: An unexpected error has occurred. Please contact support.

I just subscribed the Prisma Cloud SaaS, but couldnot finish the register to use the product. The product ID is e574f17f-1f71-4c93-b17e-b35f80f0276e.

What can I do next?
