Does XSOAR support multithreading/multiprocessing?

L1 Bithead

I’m currently working with Cortex XSOAR and need some guidance on optimizing the execution of a large number of tasks. Specifically, I have a scenario where I need to close out 50+ child tickets that are linked to a parent ticket. These tasks are currently being handled by a post-processing script, but the script is slow due to the sequential nature of for loops and the blocking behavior of the executeCommand function.

Given the large number of child tickets, I’m wondering if multithreading or multiprocessing could help speed things up. Does XSOAR support multithreading or multiprocessing in its post-processing scripts? Can I leverage these parallelism techniques to handle these more efficiently, especially in scenarios where many tasks need to be performed concurrently?
