Been having trouble over the last few weeks logging into expedtion from win pc running chrome. For some reason, I have to clear my cache before I can get the loging page to load. is there a setting (browser/server) so as to prevent having to clear cache after i logout?

You could try creating a shortcut directly for Chrome to open the site in Incognito mode. This way the cache is cleared each time you close the browser window.
The string would be as such: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" -incognito https://ExpeditionSiteGoesHere/
