Expedition v1.2.86
Panorama 10.2.7-h3
Firewall PA-5200 10.2.7-h3
Exported 24 hours of monitor traffic logs to .csv file format from Panorama
uploaded to /PALogs on server and set permissions
See file from Firewall > M.Learning in Expedition
Click [Process Enabled Files] and message "No supported new files to process" appears immediately
Any suggestions on remediation?

Hi @BrianMarks
Please follow below troubleshooting proposed steps and let me know if that works on your side.
1) Check the /PALogs/ and the /data/ folders has the correct grants
chown -R www-data:www-data /data
chown -R www-data:www-data /PALogs/
2) Open the M.Learning tab on the device.
3) Define /PALogs/$folderORFileName* as the folder where FW logs are stored.
3) Click on Save
4) Enter again into the device and select tab ML
5) Click on Process Enabled Files
6) Wait until the process is finished. Meanwhile review below logs.
Best,
David

Thank you for the detailed and quick reply on this issue. It was step 3 that made the difference as I already had permissions... once the folder remained in the device M.Learning, it worked. Appreciated!!
