Using Expedition version 1.2.43 and unable to add M600 in the list. There is no error but the Panorama tab is greyed out.
I am unable to find any log file under /home/expedition. Please let me know if it is a known issue and if there is any workaround to fix it.

Hi @VivekEqnx Please upgrade your expedition to latest version v1.2.48 and try delete the device and re-add the panorama device in. Make sure the API credential has read API permission, also you allow TCP port 443 between panorama and expedition , if you filtered manage device in panorama management interface, remember to add Expedition IP in the allowed list.

@lychiang - I followed the steps
However, it still doesn't seems to work . I am able to use the API key over a browser to run 'show system info'.
