I would like to know if it is possible and how much time is required for doing it.

Can you add some more context on what you're trying to achieve exactly ?
If you need to transfer licenses from an active firewall to a spare device you can do so in the CSP by following this process:

If both firewalls are active and you want to reallocate subscriptions (e.g., taking a Threat Prevention license from Firewall A and giving it to Firewall B), this cannot be done via the self-service portal. It requires a backend change and you'll have to create an administrative case with support.
