I have a customer here who is running into an issue when applying their new Strata logging Service License on Panorama.
The old license expired awhile ago and the new license was never applied. They have now lost all visibility of their cloud services from Panorama and so are trynig to apply the new license.
In GUI we can pull the new license via auth code and this is successful until the licenses page is refreshed then the new license disappears and the expired license reappears.
I have been able to regain some visibility of the cloud services by manually deleting the old license via CLI with the licenses ection showing neither the new or old license. We then try to apply the new license again and it shows up as expected until once again the page is refreshed or we navigate to another page in the GUI and come back and thr expired license reappears.
Has anyone experienced this before Strata Logging Service Panorama

New auth code was added into Support portal for Panorama and Support portal shows new or old license?
