Cloud account cannot be monitored due to missing permissions. Hit the Review button to see the current status and update settings. Error: Unable to ingest data from one or more services.

Hello,

 

What is your cloud type? Did you update the configuration requested by Prisma to onboard an account? It changes quite often.

Hi Team, I'm getting error unable to ingest data from one or more services on aws accounts, I'm using Prisma cloud. can someone help me ?

If you go to the "Cloud Accounts" page, you will see the following if you hover your cursor over the status field for the account in question:

When you click for more details, you will get an explanation of what is wrong, and how to fix it:
