Prisma Cloud Compute Multi Tenancy and creating Project

L0 Member

Hi,

I would like to inform you about an issue I encountered while creating and provisioning a project. I enabled the "Projects" feature, and during configuration, I mistakenly set the Supervisor Address to https://localhost:8083 and filled in my admin credentials. However, upon trying to access https://localhost:8083 in the browser, I encountered an error indicating "too many redirects."

I realized that the Supervisor Address configuration was incorrect and needed to be reset. Unfortunately, I was unable to log in due to the redirect error. To resolve this, I used the API service to reset the settings to their default configuration. The command I used is as follows:

curl -k \ -u admin \ -X POST \ -H 'Content-Type:application/json' \ -d '{"master":false, "redirectURL":""}' \ https://localhost:8083/api/v1/settings/projects

Please enter your password for the CLI interface. After executing the API command, the incorrect configuration was resolved, allowing me to log in successfully. I then proceeded to delete the project settings that had been causing the issue.

Best regards,
Fahri
