Hello, In my new PA 1410 I've noticed that the l3svc service restarts in a loop. The PA-1410s are in version 11.1.4-h7 I restarted the l3-service ( debug software restart process l3-service ) with no change. Also restarted the mgt plane (also the firewall) but I continue to see this in system log : 0 l3svc: Exited 4 times, waiting 210 seconds to retry Anyone can help to fix this ? Thanks

We're currently looking at replacing our VMWare ESXi hypervisors with Nutanix AHV hypervisors. We are currently using Panorama in VM mode. 1. Do you know whether Panorama is Nutanix AHV-compatible? Does the publisher support the Nutanix AHV hypervisor (or Redhat KVM)? 2. If yes, does Panorama support migration from VMWare to Nutanix AHV with Nutanix Move? 3. If only the OVA format is available and offered by Panorama, does Panorama include VirtIO drivers? I found some documents about Palo alto and Nutanix there is missmatch between them. Do you know something about that ? Thanks

Hello, I have the same error in my agent but everything works fine. Only the error continue in the log. [Error 633]: Failed to add mapping (vpnip:) - (htm-group\soXXX) Do you know why this error happen ? Thank you in advance.

@jjosephs Thanks for your response again. So in my case there is no way to find the current master key ? I have to reset factory all of my devices (because the master key will expire in 30 days)? If I decide to do the reset where can I find the default master key ? Thank you in advance.

Thank you for your response. Our master key will expire in 30 days for firewall and panorama. So there is no any way to find the current master key ? And I don't remember that during a factory reset we have to set a master key. Thanks

Hello, I have an issue with many sites working with PA440 series. When the tunnel VPN fail down and comes up, some devices like printers, phones and access point can't connect normally to the network until that we clear old session related to the affected device. In printer we have job blocked and offline, access point also offline. Once we cleared the session the devices work correctly. This issue happen after every change of the VPN tunnel status(down/up) Could anyone help me to understand this weird behavior ? Thanks in advance.

I resolved again with session with TAC who has connected as root to make some change. I asked them when this issue will be fix definitively, they said me there is a workaround in progress.

Hello, I have the same problem. I havea session with the TAC to fix the issue and this is ths second time. I will ask them a real solution for this problem because we didn't need to contact them every time.

Hello, I would like to know on a single log collector can you set up several profiles that send the logs to different servers depending on the source of the logs? We have several Firewall clusters on the panorama and we want to be able to send the logs to different ports depending on the clusters. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello, After exceuting this command : debug dataplane show dns-cache print My firewall crashed and failover happened. I saw in the in the failover this error : "non-fonctionnal (Dataplane down : path monitor failed) After firewall restart and some manipulation the firewall is up again.
